As we know,in Egypt the government have to provide a free education for all Egyptians until they receive a degree
However on the ground, we find that the Egyptian families spend a lot of money for this free education - in theory - & after all their children learn nothing !!!
If we take learning languages as an example ..We will findout that those who depend only on governmental schools are very bad in English, French and German - the three foreign languages which are taught in Egypt -
They need to learn more by special courses which cost a lot of money & at the same time it is not certain that the language teacher is skilled
Only at the AUC and the British Council you can be sure of a good standard for the instructor .. However unfortunately, these places cost a lot of money and it is available only to people of Cairo and the neighboring areas
Personally, I was excellent in English when I was in school . whatever now after I joined the Faculty of Engineering,I discovered it's just a trick !! I'd been excellent in English only compared to my classmates who did not like it anyway
But in fact .. I can’t pronounce right .. I can’t listen and translate .. Even sometimes I type with mistakes!!! !!!
No money or time to study at AUC or the British Council .. And self-learning is also something new to learn!!!
They stole our childhood & teach us nothing !!!
In Luxor, we were buying souvenirs from a seller who hadn't ever attend school .. But he learned to talk English from the contact with tourists .. While we choose he was talking with his friend about me .. but in English and French .. I would like get him know that I understand, but I did not do due to my bad pronounce compared to him !!!
Now you ask ... why am I writing this note ?!!
First reason that I try to express myself better in English *
Secondly it is a good chance to break the barrier of fear *
Thirdly I would like to know if any one here has this problem & what should I do *

اللى عاوز حاجه لازم يتعب علشانها

لو الاب بيدفع دم قلبه فى المدارس و الجامعه كان خلى ابنه يلتزم و ميهربش و لو الابن فعلا عاوز الحاجه دى كان تفوق
انما ايه فايدتها لما اطلع كام الف مهندس كل سنه هعمل بيهم ايه لا هما كفايه اوى ميت مهندس يطلعوا كل سنه و اعلمهم بفلوس اللى كنت هعلم بيها الالافات بس اعلمهم تعليم صح يستفادوا بيه و يخرجوا يفيدوا بيه
نتيجه مجانيه التعليم هى مجموعه من حمله المؤهلات العليا البكالريوسات اللى سوق العمل مش محتاجهم و اللى عاوزين يشتغلوا بالشهاده اللى ملهاش لازمهو مش قادرين يشتغلوا فى حاجه تانيه لانهم مشبعين طوال سنين بفكره الشهاده العليا و اللى هتفتح الابواب ادامهم
يبقى الحل الغاء مجانيه التعليم و اللى هيتعلم دا حد من دلو يا اما واحد فعلا متفوق و دا يتعلم على حساب الدوله او واحد معاه فلوس بس يكون عنده قدر من الذكاء او واحد متفوق فى مجال تانى زى الرياضه مثلا و دا اللى يؤهله انه يدخل الجامعه
حاجه تانيه و هى اهمال التعليم الصناعى و التركيز على الجامعات
طبعا ذى ما قلت مش لازم الكل يدخل الجامعه الباقى بقى يتعلم صنعه او حرفه و يبدع فيها
اذا كان المصنع فيه 10 مهندسين فا فيه عشرات اضعفهم عمال و دول برضه محتاجين تعليم صح
اعمل معاهد تخرج طباخين و بياعين و نجار مسلح و ترزى و سكرتيره و جرسون و و و
بدال ما مفيش حد فاهم فى مجاله و كله واخدها حداقه
